There are 2 options to get your SpartanTab as follows:

If you purchased a SpartanTab when you registered for your Spartan Race, shortly after the event (usually within 72 hours) you will be sent an email with instructions on how you can claim and personalize your SpartanTab.

If you did not purchase a SpartanTab when you registered then you can purchase one on this website. Please click here (needs to be hyperlinked back to order page) and complete your purchase.

In the majority of cases etc etc

Enter the email address you used when entering the Spartan Race in the box to claim your SpartanTab and click Submit.  On the next page it will show how many credits you have.

This will have been sent to the email address you used when entering the Spartan Race.  If it is not in your Inbox or Junk Folder then please contact us at spartantab@mysportingtimes.com

NO! You simply need to select which SpartanTab variant you require.  If your medal does not have a recess for a SpartanTab to fit in to then you select the Dog-Tag option. If the medal does have a recess you select the variant for that specific medal.

Yes you can order as many SpartanTabs as you like.  If you have credits available these will be used against the orders and after that you will be charged per SpartanTab ordered.

Mistakes happen, so simply email us at spartantab@mysportingtimes.com with the order number and the correct details and we will gladly send a replacement to you.

Our engraving process is completely automated; if the engraving is incorrect it is because you entered the details incorrectly or used symbols that are not on our approved list.  However, we recognise that mistakes happen so please just email us at spartantab@mysportingtimes.com with the order number and the correct details to be engraved and we will gladly send a replacement to you.

We understand people are sensitive about your personal data, as such we do not require you to set up an account and we use your personal details purely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
